The cultivation of children's self-care abilities is an important part of kindergarten work, which is not only the first step of children's independence development, but also the basis of children’s comprehensive development. In order to further improve children's self-care abilities and promote the development of child-care work in our kindergarten, we held a children's self-care abilities contest in our kindergarten. Let’s come and have a look!
KA kids challenged tie their shoes, clip marshmallows and fold quilts. It was quite easy for kids to clip marshmallows and fold quilts, especially for kids who live in kindergarten because they need to fold their quilts every morning and afternoon. To tie their shoes was a little bit complex for KA kids, so please do not forget to practice more!
KB kids challenged fold clothes, zip up their jackets and tidy up school bags. Put on the jacket and got the clothes inside organized then zip up the jacket… KB kids were not irritable, and they completed these tasks quickly and well!
KC kids challenged fold towels, cover bottle caps and change shoes. KC kids are little and young, but their self-care abilities go beyond their age! The teachers were also very proud of these little kids!
The exciting life self-care abilities contest ended successfully, after seeing kids’ wonderful performances, our principal Ms. Penny and Ms. Jade praised kids and asked for some feedback and feelings. She also awarded medals with encouragement to every class! Kids, you’re so good!
